No it is not.
Any subject that requires "Off Topic" in the subject line is by
definition a violation of the 'rules' of the list specified in the
welcome message we all received. Come on guys. There are plenty of other
places where you can discuss politics, religion, and sports. This list
is about Omega products and trading. Period. End of story.
Some say "well, just delete it." Fine, lets figure out what that is
worth in $$. There are over 1000 subscribers. Let's say it takes 30
seconds to download an off-topic post, recognize that it's off topic and
delete it. That's 8.3 man-hours or (at a typical blue-collar wage) $166
of time being wasted. And I suspect that most of us consider our time to
be worth considerably more than $20/hr.
