>Interesting stuff, but it brings up a question. I assumed without thinking
about it that your system has a Windows partition and that TS is really
running under Windows (the WINE project being, it seems, still pretty far
from completion.)

Actually Wine is a 32 Bit Project and Wabi which is owned by SUN is the
software that will allow emulation of 16 bit programs on a 64 bit processor
like the Ultra SPARC.

>Is this correct, or do you have some way to run Microslop software directly
under a real operating system?

Since your above question would require that someone? decompile/recompile
and port the TS program for Linux (and I might add that while they were
doing it they should also have fixed the y2000 problem and dekeyed it) I
have no comment on such an illegal act. : - ) Now "WHY" would anyone be
so desperate as to do such a thing anyway is beyond me (being a smartass
here). I wonder if any of you know how much faster TS runs when it doesn't
have to be constantly sending out that stupid print message to the parallel
lock?

P.S. I wish to make it clear, all the above statements by me are purely
wishing. I have not accomplished any of the above and have no plan to,
unless Omega is no more one day and it would be legal. Everything above is
fantasy and not to be taken seriously, if you wish for the above to be
accomplished, contact Bill Cruz not me. MB
