Robert, of all the views put forward on this subject I find yours the most
acceptable. I suggest that the whole scenario is akin to a soap opera which
is probably why the American public have not altered their view of the
President. In my mind the Starr report has shown the role played by Ms
Lewinsky. It takes two to tango.<g>

The American public knew all about Clinton's morals long before they elected
him as President. Few people can be surprised at the chain of events. Who
knows, as a sex education lesson it might even do some good. It all depends
on how it all ends.

The important thing is to consider how this will affect the Financial
Markets. I think it is likely to present a buying opportunity.
