I'd like to take a stab at answering one of those.

$2000 gives him the right.  And me as well.  TS4 is not $2000 per copy
software.  Neither is the service I've received when I call them to ask why
LEH doesn't show up in my symbols list or why my DJIA data is 250 points
wrong.
