im a trade station 4 user with a BMI datafeed. id like to get realtime
data for france/germany. what exchange or exchanges is this data available
from (for instance usa cash s+p index is available both from cboe and
cme). if data is available from more than one, what are the
advantages/disadvantages (im only planning on one exchange).
