Russia always was, is and will continue to be a Gulag.
Russia will never become an economic player on the same
level as western countries because particular parties outside
of Russia will not allow it to happen. Russia will forever be
an extraction labor camp for natural resources such as: oil, gas
and precious metals for the rest of the world, just like
many other 3rd world countries.
Their government is 99% corrupt and very bureaucratic.
They are so dumb and greedy that they cant even pay
their labor minimum wages to keep playing the game.
1.IMF gives their central bank money, central bank
filters it to private banks ( mafia ), private banks filter it
straight into their swiss bank accounts, the end.
2. Oil, gas, precious metals are sold in Europe, money
paid in Eurodollars. Then they order clean brand new
dollars rom NY and pay for them with Euros.
