correct, and they keep blackmailing west with primitive and effective
games, they don't need any money to keep reforms going and fix their
economy, it was done in 1920' during NEP without any western money in a
very very short period of time. Part of this "new paradigm" was an
assumption of Cold War being won, peace divident distribution and other bs.
I guess the west will have to show miracle in adaptation again, while Duke
Of Moscow will play the game by his own rules until they run out of
resources again. Looks like pop culture did not penetrate russian skin
deeply enough.
Big part of the problem is the "unique" russian culture, i.e. psychiatric
condition that beats any computer.
