Back about 15 or 20 years ago a man named Lyndon LaRouche was seeking the
Democrat presidential nomination. Lyndon claimed he was the most qualified
candidate because he knew exactly how the economy worked. He had 181
simultaneous differential equations which precisely described the myriad of
variables, the relationships between them and how a change in any one of them
would affect all of the others. It's too bad he isn't running for office
today. It would be much easier. He could fire all of his mathematicians and
just e-mail bruceb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx! Yes, but could he learn anything about
trading??
