Tops and Leo has failed again (perhaps 20th time this year) - orders are
backed up, no-one knows if and at what price they are filled - isn't it
remarkable that with such a wealth of computer firms around that the
exchange still can't get it right ! - so much for electronic order entry
Lets bring back the gallows - stick em along La Salle St for exchange
officials who (continue) to screw up
