how to plot the chart from .omz file.....

Hi Guys, 
I am sorry for my weird questions but I have just downloaded a SPX1.omz file
with a year data for S7P and I couldn't paste it in  To my Server in TS. I ve
tried to paste, copy, send etc also drag in WOndows explorer it seems that TS
can't see this that file on my disk ?? WHat to do ??
