I need help with tick data for TS 4.0

Hello Fellows,
 I just wanted to ask is it possible (since I got my new TS couple of days ago
) that someone kindly would send me a Intraday ( Tick data) for the S&P 500
for the last year untill today ?? I just wanted to avoid downloading FILE BY
FILE from the omega site ( it would take me hours) so if it's possible please
tell me what to do and send me that data. Thanks Very Much.  P.S. Or maybe
there is another way to quickly download that data from the Omega site.
