New Highs & Lows (Stocks)

The number of Stocks making new 52 week Highs and Lows is a useful statistic
for Stock & Index Traders that's generally reported after the Market Close
each day.
    
Does anyone know where to find historical quotes for this data, preferably
on the Net--  also the current data during the trading day?
