Nor did I, but I find it very quick to draw them manually:
Find the centre of the two points that will form the crossbar joining the
tines by using the Support/Resistance tool to draw fib lines between
these two points. The centre is where the diagonal line crosses the fib
zero line.
Create the middle tine by drawing a line from the point at the end of the
handle through the centre of the crossbar line.
Draw the outside tines by creating two parallel lines from the middle
tine and position them to pass through the ends of the crossbar.
(I don't bother to draw in the crossbar.)
