Omega Server Gateway for FutureSource data

Hi there

I just got up and running with FS but am having some problem with the
Server Gateway and wonder if you can help

WinNT
FS 3.92
TS 4.0 Build 20

DataLink - ok
Manager -ok

but Server Gateway error 

Code 118 - unable to load subserver dll g:\omega\prog\or_fs.dll

This file  is there:  126K, 11/26/96

Any bright ideas please?
