Fixed Ratio money management technique

I would like to test the Rumery and Lehman "Fixed Ratio" money management
technique. From what I have read, this technique was fully disclosed in a
couple of the early issues of their "Kamikaze" newsletter. 

If any kind soul out there would be interested in selling me the relevant
issues, please e-mail me. Alternatively, a photocopy would be great too.
