I'am no going to split hairs here but I said I thought that open communications was the best policy for a company. I did not say omega used that policy. I also said that Omega has not been closed with info either. Maybe it took a few irate clients to get them to open up a little bit but Omega has always responded to the squeaky wheel gets the grease(or the ax) theory.I too want my damned software fixed now to. I also want to a million bucks but I guess I'am going to have to wait.

Miles:

Open with communication? You've got to be kidding me...They wrote a two
paragraph ditty that said, in effect, we'll give patches away when we're done
with what we want to work on. That told us all a whole lot. As for their release
dates, they ain't worth the old paper bags they're printed on...In fact, don't
try to trade those particular paper bags to me, thank you.

I don't want thm to go away...I just want my damned software fixed now.

As a public comapany now I'am sure its even harder for them to give out forward information. I dont know too many companies that do divulge their bussiness plans.
