I had some free time and put together the three indicators and functions that
Walt Downs discusses in TASC Aug 1998, I haven't done the system yet but here
are the indicators and functions. I am including the Oscillator, Paint Bars and
FearPobcOsc function as well as a function and indicator to plot the fear bands
used in the system. If anyone needs I'll post the text.
