RE: S&P daytrader / Evening Session?

There was a lot of discussion about this a few weeks ago. I always
incorporate the night session, not because I trade it, but because it is
price action on the asset I trade, so my indicators are smooth coming into
the start of the day session. In other words, I also consider that there are
no real significant gaps on the open, because they smoothly transitioned
during the night.

|
| I'm a bit new, but would like to get some opinions from
| those who are well
| seasoned:
|
| Should evening/night activity of the S&P be regarded for daytrading
| purposes?
| Does anyone have strategies that do/do not require night data?
|
| Thanks for any input..... Ron
