Thanks for the clarification. You are absolutely right. In this case the
fraud needs to be exposed as a cheat and liar. Also, the person should suffer
some punative damages. I'm sure the NFA or CTFC would be interested in this
type of fraud. Maybe you could turn them in. You would do others a service.
I never realized before this thread all the ramifications of this issue.
