*sigh* The saga continues...

Sorry to keep pestering the list with this, but it's driving me nuts.
I've wasted hours on it and I can't figure out how to fix it.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

The story so far:

I'm testing NDX systems. I changed NDX big point value to $100.
This worked fine with no problems.
I upgraded to build 21. It overwrote my symbol library.
One of the changes I noticed was that NDX was no longer $100/bp, but $1/bp.
I reset my new NDX big point to $100. No change, still $1/bp.
A friend suggested moving NDX to Nasdaq then back. No change.
(This is where I wrote the first message yesterday.)
Shortly after writing the first message, it started showing $100/bp.
  !? I don't know what changed.
(This is where I wrote the second message saying "nevermind.")
Shortly after THAT, I noticed my 30min chart was missing 9:00 & 9:30 EST bars.
After digging, I discovered I'd left NDX on Nasdaq. Ooops.
Set NDX back to CBOE.
*boom*! Big point value went back to $1. (Arghgh!)
Furthermore, I still have no 9:00/9:30 bars.

I've tried exiting TS, exiting server, rebooting the PC, re-applying
the changes, etc. Nothing works. I'm stuck with $1/bp and no data
for the first hour of the day.

Settings:
NDX is on CBOE, big point 100, trading times 8:30-3:15 local time.
  CBOE has 8:30-3:15 trading times.
CBOE has a big point value of "1". What does that mean for an exchange?
I assume that's the default value for symbols in that exchange?
If so, it shouldn't affect NDX, since I'm not using exchange settings.
I don't want to mess with that one and risk hosing all CBOE symbols
unless I'm sure of what I'm doing.

Help!?
