Historical Data Sources

I'm looking to get (through a gift or by purchase) the following historical
data sets.  I'd appreciate any and all information about where I might get
this data.  I've already searched the web for some of this stuff, of course,
but I thought that list members might have additional ideas of where to
look.

I'm happy to reward significant information assistance re: one or more data
set sources with a summary of my findings regarding sources for all the data
sets listed below (symbol, available dates, prices, etc.).

I'm interested in intra-day data sets of 1 minute bars or less from 1982
(unless otherwise noted) including:

-    CME Globex SP from the beginning of the Globex sessions (1992? I think)
-    CME DSP
-    LIFFE FTSE-100
-    DTB DAX
-    HK Hang Seng
-    Nikkei 225
-    Matif CAC-400
-    NYSE Tick
-    NYSE Advances, Declines, Unchanged
-    CBOE VIX
