Several of you have written to me privately saying you couldn't
get Phil's data to decompress, or noting that the file was "only 7K."
I simply loaded Phil's attachment to the site, so any further
questions of this sort should go to Phil.  Make sure you have your
ftp transfer type set to "binary" so your ftp client won't attempt
to alter the file during download.  7K sounds like a reasonable size
for a couple of days of DSP ticks to me, but I haven't measured mine.
