Thanks to BMI for responsible and speedy resolution of a very difficult
situation.

And thanks especially to Jeff Crystal for his timely and informative posts
to this list. I took him up on his offer and called him at his 800 number
this morning and he was extremely helpful. Also, very sharp technically. I
was curious why someone in DBC sales was so technically oriented -- it
turns out he was in Tech Support for 5 years.

I think the least we can do if we ever need new services at DBC is to
