I'd be very careful using the command recommended at this URL.  We're
getting into nerds-ville here, but the XCOPY command won't copy long file
names-- or rather, it will copy a truncated version of them, which will
really mess up your file structure.  
         
At the very least, you should use the XCOPY32 command in it's place, but it
is not clear that all the /x switches that are recommended will work with
XCOPY32.
        
A better solution would probably be to use the Win-95 Back-Up program that
was recommended here by someone else, but I have no personal experience with
it...
