I have been using TradeStation under Windows NT4.0 for over a year
without any serious problems.
Yesterday when trying to start the Offline Server I received the message
"This application is not supported by Microsoft Windows NT" with the
heading "can't run 16-bit Windows programs".
Omega knows nothing and cannot help.
Any help or ideas from the wizards in cyberland will be gratefully
accepted and much appreciated.

Its now happening to other programs as well. (Monocle2).
