There is a workaround for password entry if you want to reboot automatically.
Essentially it requires editing the appropriate registry entry to fill in the
password automatically. I don't remember the details but a search of
microsoft.public.windowsnt.setup on "password" should locate the instructions or
check one of the WinNT tips pages or post a question to the newsgroup and you'll
get the answer.

I've never had a problem installing a SP and most people don't, however some
have problems and NT generally requires a greater level of technical awareness
to both prevent and resolve problems. The newsgroup is excellent and a good
resource if you have NT down on one machine but have another which has internet
access. NT support from Microsoft is ungodly expensive .... seem to remember
$125 per incident.
