What should I back-up ?

Can someone tell me which directory(s) need to be backed-up to save my TS 4.0 workspaces ?
My aim is to be able to recreate my environment after, say, a disk crash.

I use ASCII non-server data only, so I have no problems saving the data, and I have my ELA files backed-up.

Is there anything else.
