Thanks, guys for the help, but all the solutions you've given have been
tried to no avail. However, the problem has now disappeared. The chart
merely would not plot on 1 day of 1tick data for the SP. DSP worked fine.
Now I have changed the DSP chart to SP and everything is normal. Weird.

You will not reach the 13000 tick limit with 1 day of SP - as
including night session you will get about 5000 ticks per day only,
but I suppose that Randy has more than that 1 day loaded, probably
>= 3 and that gets stuck..... 2 or 1 day will do.
