PC Magazine issue dated 4/21/98 rates removable media.
It gave the Syquest SparQ an Editors choice on page 156
stating
" a cutting edge drive that offers the best price/performance mix on the
market today. It is fast ( one iof the best performers on our suite of speed
tests) capacious (i gig per cartridge) and affordable ($199 list for the
drive,...)... Syquest has leapfrogged the competition...it is truly a
breakhrough product."
Note the Syjet is similar in speed and a good choice for the power user as it
uses 1.5 gig disks. It lists for $299
