Come on Pierre.
A reputable company has very few such problems and rectifies any such
errors by the customer promptly. A complaint to the postal service is a
last resort after all other approaches have failed.
If, in fact, there are thousands of such complaints, something if
definitely wrong.
Perhaps someone from Omega could clarify the status of such complaints.
