Sounds like you need to turn off the Futuresource automatic tick
correction feature. If FS sends a corrected tick and the feature is
enabled, all the charts redraw. If you turn it off, the database will
still get corrected but the charts won't redraw until you close and
reopen them.
ps - no personal experience with FS... this is just what FS users have
told me.
