Thanks for the help, although I've done that already and it doesn't stop =
the news monitor from bombing... So far this is a problem I get when I =
load TS on A 32 bit system and can seem to fix! If you have any other =
suggestions I would be most grateful.

Try this after market hours; close ts and the server go into your file
manager and delete the following 6 files. storydb.dat storydb.idx=20
hdlindb.dat hdlindb.idx srccat.dat and srccat.idx then run a =
scan
disk and reboot make sure you are not getting ctree errors in the =
server.=20
then reopen the server and charting and news. These files are in the
Omega server
