Check out http://www.bobburan.com/3Min.htm. He claims, and the CFTC
appears to agree, that there is no 3 minute rule. Of course, not many of
us would be willing to go as far as Buran did to prove it. Probably the
easiest thing is to drop the phrase "Buran v Lerman (CFTC Docket No.
89-R290)" when arguing with your broker. :-)
