Here's my guess ...
The CFT issue is designed so protect those who my blindly follow specific
trading advice or signals from software, newletters, and risk losing a bundle.
Which category will your software belong:
A) Provides buy/sell signals without the user needing to invent his own trading
strategy.
B) software is of a more general purpose nature (generic charting, moving
averages, etc.) whereby the user needs to do create his own strategy to produce
buy/sell signals.
