Let's assume that I'm just an individual, not an incorporated entity
or anything and I would like to write trading tools, a systems writer
or even a competing product to Omega's Tradestation or Supercharts.
Do I need to be a CFT or have some sort of special status to do this?
I'm not vending out advice, a newsletter or anthing else. Just the tools.
Are there any special legal considerations to consider before embarking
on such a project?
