Hmmm...well, upward bias...If I look at a long-term chart of copper,
say, 30 years or more, does it truly exhibit upward bias? Maybe it
does numerically and someone here wants to claim that it does, I would
like an education on the meaning please. I'm not being facetious. I
assume this is a term systems people and signal analysis and
processing would deal with this.
