You might take a look at Fidelity.  Although I don't deal with options except
very very occasionally - I think its Web setup is very good for general stock
trading (and the occasional option).

As far as writing puts is concerned - I suspect your major obstacle with any
firm that deals with writing puts will be getting level 3 options clearance (I
only have level 2 options clearance - that's about as much as I can handle).
