The funny thing is, there has been no real substantiation at all concerning alleged copyright infringement by these posts.
Before anyone advances such an accusation, they should at the very least be prepared to support it by way of fact. We cannot
merely assume that such a flood invariably involves such infractions. Furthermore, any such resulting claims would only
constitute a potential civil action between the affected party(ies) and the submitting party - there is no real reason why
neutral parties on the list should be so concerned. As for the potential liability of the list or its owner, unless it
becomes clear that copyright violations are occurring (which is far from the case at present), and the owner was negligent in
his/her capacity to take reasonable measures in order to desist such practices, he/she has fulfilled his/her legal duties.
Any material submitted would constitute public domain, unless it was clear that material was an infringement of copyright
protection (which, again, is not the case as of yet).

The great thing about these posts is that it encompasses a spirit of cooperation and good will rarely seen in this business.
Personally, I trade stocks, so I am not accustomed to the proprietary attitude often found in futures trading. I derive a
great deal of satisfaction in helping less experienced traders find their way. However, it would seem that, regardless of the
ferocity of competition, a little cooperation between traders would be welcome indeed, whereas one could have the opportunity
to exchange ideas with others of sufficient talent and capacity, for mutual benefit. The unselfish posts of "The Code,"
whomever he or she is, ought to be commended. Whatever the ultimate motive, assisting others in this often difficult business
has to be a central point, which is laudable.
