downloading refresh data via WS_FTPPRO

Hi,

I am trying to download refresh data omz files using WS_FTPPRO.  The Omega Server
(TS 4.0 19.6) returns an error of "Cannot decompress the file" when I try to paste the 
file in.  The same file downloaded the normal way pastes in fine.  Both files are the 
same byte size.  What am I overlooking?
