Dear Valued Client,
Thank you for posting your concerns about the password generation system. I'd
like to confirm the process for obtaining permanent passwords.
In order to obtain permanent passwords, after the product has been paid in
full, you need to call accounting at 800-556-2022 or 305-551-9991. The
permanent password that the accounting department generates will not expire if
your product is paid in full. If any of you, that have paid for the product
in full, have experienced difficulties with an expiring password, please
submit an e-mail mesage with Permanent Password in the subject line to:
billing@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx I can assure you that if your product is paid in
full and you obtain the password from accounting, your password will not
expire.
