Bill,
I posted the same sort of question to the list a long time ago. I think the answer is
simply no, you can't prevent TS from entering multiple times on the same bar. You
need a finer data resolution, and with daily data (which I mainly use) you are out of
luck. I've tried every trick I can think of with no success.
