Dear Ms. Perez,

While Mark's recent language has lacked the civility many of us expect in
human discourse, Omega appears to have reaped in spades what it has sown. I
can understand getting mad enough at Omega to write and do that kind of
stuff, I just wouldn't do it. I have personally provided to Omega detailed
documentation covering bugs in the downloader, charting, RSI function, etc.
since the release of SC 2.1 and those reports have been ignored to the point
that I no longer bother reporting bugs to Omega. As recently as a couple of
days ago I discovered bugs in the SwingHigh/SwingLow functions and
documented them to the omega-list in detail hoping to find I'd made a
mistake or a fix was available. Did I hear from Omega tech support, which
reportedly monitors the list? No. But I heard from a Solution Provider who
informed me that those bugs had been documented a couple of years ago and
that I could purchase replacement functions from him for a mere $100. This
is the kind of crap which makes people angry at Omega!
