Hi, I am willing to host Web Board Conferences on my server at no charge.
The software used to run conferences on my server is O'Reilly's Webboard Web
Conferencing Software.  However, management of the conferences would have to
be someone else's job.  Such as add/delete conferences, assign board
moderator if setup as a moderated board, add/delete users and
verify/edit/delete message if needed.  All this can be done using any web
browser.
