Depending on your definition of "being a systems trader,"
in theory, perhaps, all those judgments could be programmed
into the computer, and that might be very nice, if it was
complete, and you were satisfied the program really worked.
But doing that programming might take longer than you're
willing to spend on it, especially if you're a one-man shop.

If your time frame is daytrading, that "complete mechanical
system" might be very complex indeed.  I suspect as their
time frames shorten, most people turn over more of "the system"
to the mental computer.
