Orders need to be placed (gimmie a break!)

I'm working on system development.. I keep getting this annoying pop-up
message no matter what I do. It rips me out of the power editor and back to
TS right in the middle of things.

I turn off the "generate orders for next bar", set it as the default, exit
and reload the program, reboot the computer, etc. Nothing works. OK, so
it's not the end of the world, but if anyone knows what the prob is I'd
sure love to hear about it! Thanks.
