I dl'd the zip (http://www.markbrown.com/bug.htm) and read the original -
what an incredible document!!! Obviously a great deal many hours of
organization, planning, communication and plain hard work went into the
compilation of this 45 page document - well organized and written and not a
bash in sight. It would have cost tens of thousands for Omega or a
consultant to have compiled such a document. which could and should have
been an extremely valuable blueprint for the future of Omega products. What
a waste that Omega's management has not responded positively to this
document and used it to build and enhance both its products and
relationships with customers.
What a waste of my own time in preparing and forwarding detailed
documentation of bugs which were included in this list some 18 months ago!
Equally awesome is incredible number of emails sent to WOW in just a day or
two!
