YK2000 issue

     Here's a news headline from someone who takes the YK2000 issue 
     seriously: 
     
     DMG'S YARDENI RAISES RECESSION ODDS DUE TO YR 2000 ISSUE
     
     He places the possibility of a recession at 40% by 2000, up from 30%.  
     He might raise that estimate to 60% depending on the OMB's next 
     report, due out Mar 15.  The 10% of problems not fixed by then could 
     be sufficient to do the damage.
