I had the same problem. The damn dongle is a real pain in the ass. Your
dongle could be bad. Don't ask me how they go bad.
I had to send mine to Omega and received a new one by overnight
mail(FEDEX). Be sure to make them pay for the shipping both ways. My new
dongle never creates problems, so it was worth the hassle of making
Omega give me a new one free of charge.
