Yeah, it's a bug. There are several ways to work around it.
Click a different menu item (like BMI). Wait until that page loads.
Then hit your back button and change to Signal.
Bypass the web page entirely and point your browser at:
ftp://ftp.omegaresearch.com/pub/data_refresh/tradestation_4.0/tick_data/intraday_futures/signal/
Bookmark that address and any others you use regularly.
If you do a lot of downloading, get specialized FTP software. CuteFTP is
good shareware. The advantage - you can download several files at once.
