Chuck,
I don't think you've visited the Omega web site lately.  I encountered the
same confusion.  There is no listing of
files to choose from.  There are only drop down lists containing categories.
In my opinion, it's a bug in the
new website.  I left a message with the Omega Webmaster about this.

    It sounds as if you're using Netscape. Right click on the file and then
"save link as" to oprn the save as dialog box.

        Hi All,

        I noticed that Omega has a new layout with drop down menus for their
        Refresh Data page.  I found the drop down menu showing "Futures (DBC
        Signal)" but could not find any button to activate the Save As
dialog
        box and download the data.  I seem to be missing something.  Can
someone
        describe how they are getting the Refresh Data to download?
